How do I pay my rent on PGTribes?

Log in to your tenant account, head to Tenant → Rent, and pay via UPI, card, or net-banking. You'll get a receipt instantly and the owner is notified in real time.

How long does my deposit refund take?

Refunds are initiated within 7 working days of move-out, after the owner inspects the room. Funds reach your bank 2–4 business days after that. You can track status under Tenant → Rent → Refunds.

Can I cancel a booking after paying?

Yes. Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, the owner's cancellation policy applies — visible on every property page before you book.

I'm a PG owner. How do I list my property?

Listing is free. Sign up at List Your PG, add property photos, room layouts, and rent. Our team verifies and publishes within 24–48 hours.

Is my data and payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). Personal data is encrypted at rest and we never share contact details with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if I have an emergency at my PG?

Use the in-app SOS button (Tenant → SOS) for immediate help — it alerts your PG manager and PGTribes support simultaneously. For life-threatening emergencies, dial 112 first.
